Very nice. Very clean. Seems like a really solid set of handguards. Exactly what I expected. Mine came with a light coating of oil, which I assume is to protect the polymer and aluminum from deteriorating in any way.
I’ve yet to install these on the M16 clone I’m building but I have no doubts they’ll perform exactly as expected.

So glad I found this! Fits perfectly, looks fantastic. I didn’t like the new round handguards that come with the uppers. I wanted a retro look, and this is perfect. Fits tight and is real snug, no rattle rattle. In fact I’m going to get a second one and dress up my disipator!
